Description:
Here is a very fine quality oil painting on wood panal painted
by J. Arnold of a sleel hulled ship. In the lower left it is
titled "Shortening the Sails" but is very faint. The
signiture is shown on the lower right. Great period frame.
Wonderful detail of the ship does not show to its best in
these photos.
